Questions
- What counts as a minute
- The spoken length of the script, worked out from its word count, or the length of the voiceover. Searching again for a line does not use minutes.
- Unused minutes
- They reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over.
- Cancelling
- Any time, from your account page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and your projects stay yours.
- Refunds
- Within 14 days of first subscribing, by law in the UK. After that, if a run broke and used your minutes, email us and we will put it right. See the terms.
